Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund. 

If your purchase was within 30 days, instead of returning your item, you can contact us for a full refund. Returns go against our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So, simply tell us what went wrong, attach a picture, and we'll refund you in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your item to a local charity or recycle it. 


If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
